Sytt is a full-service building maintenance company providing services to commercial establishments, businesses, condominium communities, restaurants, retail and residential properties throughout the Atlanta area. At a time when companies are looking for ways to reduce costs by outsourcing their cleaning and maintenance functions, Sytt continues to consistently meet those needs and deliver measurable results every time. Sytt maintains a high standard and our technicians undergo extensive training in Cleaning and Preventative Maintenance. We have received a Certificate of Achievement in Professional Carpet Cleaning and Hard Floor Maintenance and we continue to strive for exceptional performance. Sytt offers green cleaning (or cleaning with products made from environmentally friendly ingredients designed to preserve health and environmental quality) options which are becoming increasingly important to building owners and managers. We consider the purpose of the establishment and the activities that take place in and around it. We study each aspect of "green" building operations and maintenance in the context of your goals and the benefits you expect. Sytt has worked to become Enterprise Risk Control (ERC) certified. This process means that we had to meet a more rigorous set of standards. Those changes included: * Background checks - for the company AND our owner specifically * General liability - we've increased our coverage to a level above the industry standard * Workers compensation - we've also increased this coverage above the industry standard These higher standards mean that we can meet HOA vendor qualifications when other firms that have not taken these steps cannot. 2017 received Certificate of Appreciation from Children's Healthcare of Atlanta
