Long Beach Building Maintenance has been in business since 1979 and new ownership has been in place since early 2017. We are primarily a Janitorial Services company. While we will perform other projects such as painting, construction cleanup or specialty cleaning jobs, the core of our business is Janitorial Services. We believe that it is important to have a core business in which you can excel as opposed to over-reaching into a variety of services where you can lose focus and expertise.
