JBM (Jay's Building Maintenance, Inc.) was established in 1994. We are a HUB certified company and have vast and extensive experience in servicing medical and commercial properties. We specialize in providing the highest quality commercial cleaning service available by exceeding the expectations of our customers. We strive to be environmentally conscious and use products that meet all GS-37 and GS-40 requirements (green seal approved) and all of our equipment meets USGBC standards for noise levels, VOC emissions and efficiencies. We partner with Brame to help facilitate training of new products and procedures and all our equipment is CRI approved and certified.
