For over 30 years as a locally owned company, Facilities Management & Maintenance Inc. has been dedicated to providing an unparalleled standard of high quality cleaning and maintenance services. Founded in 1987 by our current President Jim Cassetta, FM&M, Inc. has consistently provided superior quality, competitively priced cleaning and maintenance services for commercial, private, and public facilities. Our extensive experience and knowledge have enabled us to develop solid relationships, an excellent reputation, and effective delivery systems that have consistently provided our customers with excellent value. Since our inception, we have placed a high value on building our customer relationships and are dedicated to providing the highest quality, facilities management plan that is tailored to each level of distinction and need. As a result of our commitment, FM&M still services many of our original contracted clientele today. In January 2004, FM&M was purchased by WORK Inc., a not-for-profit agency that specializes in providing training and job opportunities for adults with disabilities. All after-tax profits generated by FM&M go directly to support WORK Inc. and its efforts.
