About Us

CTI Property Services Inc. provides premium building maintenance, janitorial, and construction cleaning services in the Metro Detroit area. CTI is located in Southfield, Michigan and provides services to clients throughout the Midwest. Our mission statement is "Cleaning that Inspires" and we believe that our work does just that, helping companies like yours improve the workplace environment by providing scheduled maintenance and cleaning services that contribute to employee productivity, health and satisfaction. We also work with many major construction companies in the Midwest by providing construction final cleaning services and ongoing job site support. We are a signatory to NMAPC (National Maintenance Agreement) and LIUNA (Laborers International Union of North America).
