About Us

For nearly two decades, Apache Service and Supply Company has specialized in commercial custodial services and cleaning products. We are headquartered in Chicago, Illinois and are recognized as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the City of Chicago and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) through Metra. Our team of 500 has covered over 15 million square feet throughout the windy city's most prestigious and renowned buildings and landmarks, leaving a lasting impression on its visitors. Apache's business model relies on the boots-on-the-ground of our industry. To protect the prosperity of our company, we have an employee-centric culture and compensation package. We are proud to positively impact the local economy with an employee base of 92% Chicago residents and 83% people of color. With that being said, the business Apache receives directly benefits Chicago's marginalized populations, which include many parents of Chicago Public School students. Our Finance, Human Resources and Operations departments are all proudly female-led, as well. Furthermore, we provide the opportunity for growth internally; multiple supervisors and directors began working as janitors and now manage a team. Apache Service and Supply further contributes to the curation of the City of Chicago by maintaining over 100 Chicago Public Schools, servicing the Chicago Park District, annual Live Nation music festivals and the Aragon Ballroom, which is considered one of the most beautiful ballrooms in the world. All in all, Apache Service and Supply Company has an established history of quality work, integrity and customer service.
