Founded in 1975, American Maintenance has been providing janitorial and related services for nearly 40 years. As a privately-held and operated company with more than 2,000 employees, we provide facilities maintenance solutions to more than 200 clients and manage more than 60 million square feet of space. Our Mission To develop customized facilities maintenance solutions using environmentally-friendly cleaning techniques to provide our clients with a healthy work environment.
