Simply Maintained is a property maintenance company that has been providing a full range of property maintenance and refurbishment services to homeowner's landlords and businesses across London for several years. We offer a standalone maintenance service, perfect for landlords and a call out service for a fixed monthly rate and will respond to all of your tenant's problems for you. All our team are highly qualified, fully trained and aware of health and safety legal requirements. What can we do? We can undertake any property related maintenance for you, we can also refurbish properties.
