A.i.r Llc Advanced Indoor Resources

About Us

Comfort is critical to productivity. Health, including clean air, is critical to life. The importance of healthy air is one of the key lessons we've learned during the COVID-19 pandemic, as a nation that spends 90% of our time indoors in homes and offices, schools, stores, restaurants, and gyms. AIR, LLC was founded to deliver the advanced resources needed to produce the best – and safest – indoor experience possible for people who occupy and own buildings of every kind. We work with clients to create healthy indoor environments – and peace of mind. For all the time we spend inside buildings, we rarely stop to consider how these spaces impact our mental and physical well being. Research has proven that where we spend our time has an impact on our thoughts, feelings, productivity, and performance. HVAC, Building Automation Controls and Plumbing systems are the respiratory system, nervous system, and heart of every building. The COVID pandemic already has changed how we approach every one of these systems. Bathrooms are not just bathrooms anymore. Safeguarding indoor air quality is here to stay. Measuring and improving the health and wellness of buildings is real. Over the next 10 to 15 years, innovative approaches and scientific precision will deliver indoor environments that enhance our lives. This work is underway and will not be completed with out-of-date ideas or old-time solutions. Visionary HVAC veteran Martin G. Knott Jr has launched an industry-leading concept in AIR, LLC. Knott along with other top talent, will be pushing this company out of the ground in the coming days. The company will be located in the City of Baltimore and expects to hire over 100 people in the next 5 years.
